1905 Maurer guitar
At first glance this wonderful instrument appears to be a standard early style Maurer guitar. Upon examination one will see the differences. Early style fret markers, thin, probably maple strips around length of sides above and below the bindings, back of peghead is bound and laminated to match that of front (see peghead photos below) and a deeper than normal body. It has a full rich sound.
