Bowl back, pot belly, tater bug, round back, etc. Whatever your preference it remains the early style of mandolin adopted by Americans and commonly porduced into the 1920's. The Larsons made them in student grade with few ribs up to presentation grade with 42 ribs and lots of fancy trim.
