Bruno
brand mandola
This was the first of two Larson made bruno brand instruments
found to date. Remarkably the other is also a mandola, probably made in the
same batch. This carved top and back body style of piccolo mandolin, soprano
mandolin, tenor mandolin and cello mandolin were offered as a two-page supplement
to the front side in much the same manner as the following Maurer guitar and
harp guitars made bewteen c. 1905 and 1912.
